PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION

We identify each item with a unique style number. Many of our products may be purchased in various sizes and colors. Please keep in mind that the colors refer to the stones in the item, not the mounting.

BACK ORDERS

Best Bridal Jewelry stocks all merchandise advertised. Occasionally an exceptionally large order will deplete stock on a particular item. On those rare occasions that we are out of stock of the item ordered, we will contact you. If you wish, the item will be back ordered and shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

SHIPPING

We normally ship promptly within 2-4 business days after the order is placed. We ship via USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made. Our standard shipping and handling charges are shown below. Additional charges may apply if you are outside the USA or if you request expedited or other shipping methods.

If you are not happy with any item you have purchased from Park Ave Designs, you may return it to us within fifteen (15) days from date of receipt for a full refund or exchange (minus a 20% re-stocking fee). We do not refund the initial shipping charges and you are responsible for all return shipping. We cannot accept any merchandise that has been used or altered from its original state and packaging.

To initiate a return, Contact Us to request the proper form. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and supply you with a shipping address. To receive your refund, you must clearly mark your RMA number on packages you return and you must also provide a copy of your original invoice; we cannot accept your shipment and process your refund or exchange without it.
